Lipoma is a benign tumor composed of fatty tissue that typically grows slowly under the skin. They are generally soft to the touch and appear on the torso, arms, or thighs. They can be removed through a minor surgery if they become painful or for cosmetic reasons.  An incision is made over the lipoma to make it possible to carefully dissect it from the its place of attachment. Local anesthesia is used to keep the patient comfortable.  

A cyst is a closed sac like structure that can form in various tissues in the body. It is usually filled with fluid or  semi solid material. Cysts often don't present symptoms but may become infected and cause pain and swelling. In our clinic we will examine diagnose the type of cyst and then depending on the diagnosis will remove the cyst using the right method surgically. In this minor skin surgery, a small cut is made on the cyst and the doctor is able to remove the contents and its outer sac. The entire cyst is removed in order to prevent the chances of recurrence.

Benign moles and warts, are harmless growths on the skin that typically appear as small, raised brownish spots. They are usually round or oval in shape and can vary in size. While benign moles are generally not a concern, it's important to monitor any changes in their appearance. Regular skin checks can help ensure they remain healthy and unchanged. The removal of this involves minor surgery with local anaesthesia.
